Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities.

This Website

We build valledeinez.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That means every image has a text description, colors are easy to read, and you can use the whole site with a keyboard or a screen reader. The cart and checkout need JavaScript turned on. We check the site regularly and fix what we find.

Need Help?

If any part of the site is hard to use, or you’d like information in another format, let us know: email info@valledeinez.com, call (805) 686-8500, or write to Valle de Inez, 59 Industrial Way, Buellton, CA 93427. We’ll help you finish your order and fix the problem.

Known Limitations

The cart and checkout come from our online store’s provider. We test them, but we don’t control all of their code.
